Where cooler heads prevail :: How to obtain the new IATA "Air Transport Logistics for Temperature-Sensitive Healthcare Products"

I have fielded several inquiries on how to obtain the new International Air Transport Association Perishable Goods Manual, Chapter 17: Air Transport Logistics for Temperature-Sensitive Healthcare Products.

It will be published in the 7th Edition of the IATA Perishable Goods Manual and available in late May - early June. It will become effective July 1st, 2007. The manual may be purchased for a nominal fee in book and/or CD form, on-line directly from IATA at http://www.iata.org/workgroups/lapb.htm

Make sure you tell them you want the NEW Edition.

This manual contains all Resolutions and Recommended Practices issued by the Cargo Services Conference and its subgroups. This 27th edition of the manual includes those amendments adopted at the 28th Cargo Services Conference held in February 2006.
