Hi Richard, I attended and presented at this conference. It was the first Cold Chain conference that I have attended where I felt everyone (even people from major companies) were very open and honest about cold chain issues both good and bad. Generally.. I find that most people (companies) are very "closed shop" about these issues as they feel that it is seen as a weakness "not to know everything". Many companies in Australia are still coming to grips with cold chain, but having reports like PDA's Technical report 39 and USP 1079 will at least give them some insight on how to go about improving their cold chain and to know that there is help around. Attending this conference has adjusted my own view on sharing information about cold chain issues. I look forward to the next conference and recommend it highly. Thanks from Down Under Lyn Radnell
